Hello there!
My name is Kat, my artist name is toadally hooked! I have a love for crochet and frogs/toads so I thought I would combine the two to get my name!
I am a 30(ish) year old living in Des Moines, Iowa with my wonderful husband and I work in my home studio! I have been crocheting since 2020 when I got sick (ew covid) and was in need of a new hobby. Ever since then I have been hooked (ha get it, hooked is another word for crochet) since then! I have a diploma in Digital Marketing at my local community college and love working on the marketing side of being an artist!
I work mainly with crochet, but is looking to branch out and try new mediums in my art (digital art, plastic canvas, tufting), that combine my upbringing (what can I say, love some good millennial nostalgia) along with my current interests.
I document my process and projects through my instagram page as well as short form content on my youtube page and tik tok page!
